5.21.2002 Voted #1 Again!

For the sixth straight year, East Suburban Sports Medicine was voted #1 Physical Therapy provider in the Eastern Suburbs in the Readers Choice Awards. The Awards are sponsored by
Gateway Publications with newspaper distribution in Penn Hills, Monroeville, Murrysville, Oakmont, Verona, Export, Delmont, North Huntingdon, Irwin, Levelgreen and Trafford.

We are very proud of this award, and it gives us all great satisfaction knowing that our patients are achieving wonderful results and that they have a nice experience with all aspects of our practice. Thank you to all those that voted for the #1 Physical Therapy practice!!

5.21.2002 Murrysville Schedule Expanded

Once again we have expanded the office schedule to meet the demands of our patients. The Murrysville office is now seeing patients beginning at 7:00 AM Monday thru Friday! This helps to accomodate work and school schedules. Call and speak to Ann or Diane to schedule an appointment.

2.11.2002 New Expanded Schedule at North Huntingdon

As previously announced, the North Huntingdon schedule has been expanded to include late afternoon/early evening appointments 4 days per week. This was effective on February 4, 2002. Additionally, we have moved up the start time 2 days per week to 7:00am to accommodate those patients that like to have their visits scheduled before work. Patients are now scheduled as follows:
• Monday — 7:00am to 6:00pm
• Tuesday — 8:00am to 6:00pm
• Wednesday — 7:00am to 6:00pm
• Thursday — 8:00am to 6:00pm
• Friday — 8:00am to 4:00pm

2.8.2002 ESSMC to Provide Athletic Training Services for Greater Works Academy

East Suburban Sports Medicine has recently developed a relationship with Greater Works Academy of Monroeville. We are currently providing athletic training service for the basketball program and beginning in the spring, we will provide athletic training service for the soccer program. Greater Works Academy has recently joined the WPIAL for the athletic programs and they have a desire to provide high quality athletic training service consistent with most other WPIAL schools. Athletes participating in the Greater Works Academy Athletic programs are welcomed at East Suburban Sports Medicine for physical therapy.

2.7.2002 ESSMC at WPIAL AAA Team Wrestling Championship

East Suburban Sports Medicine recently provided athletic training service to the WPIAL AAA Team Wrestling Championship. Diane Doonan, ATC provided care to the athletes for both the semi-final and final competition. Congratulations to Trinity High School for winning the championship. East Suburban Sports Medicine Center will have several athletic trainers with their respective schools at the upcoming WPIAL Individual Championships. Good luck to all wrestlers!
