Basically, not every run day is going to be good, but the best thing we can do is cherish the good days and learn from the rough days.  Learn that we are tougher than we thought and make tweaks to equipment, fueling, recovery and hydration plans!  That’s the thing about running, you relish in the great days that make you want to lace up and achieve that high and the bad days that remind us to always keep chasing for the good days!
